Creative Confidence Building

Creative Art Programme Activities
Our creative confidence workshops are designed to help children develop self-esteem through art, encouraging them to explore ideas freely and build trust in their own creative decisions. By participating in group projects and individual creations, children learn to appreciate their unique talents and perspectives while developing communication, focus, and a sense of achievement through completing meaningful artwork.
Sessions are built around guided creative projects, including drawing, painting, collage, and mixed media, helping young people develop new skills while exploring their own ideas. It's designed to build confidence, creativity, and self-expression in a supportive group setting. Participants are encouraged to experiment with materials and learn techniques while also developing focus, communication, and problem-solving skills through making.
Art for Welbing & Anxiety
In this workshop, children learn to express their anxieties through art, transforming their feelings into creative outlets. Participants engage with therapeutic art techniques that promote relaxation and self-discovery.
